As an ISO 9001/TS-16949 company we have an unyielding commitment to quality, constantly testing, stressing and abusing our brake pads, housings and cables under extreme conditions. Jagwire Goes Pro
Traditionally, many of our control system products were released under respected private label brands. During the past three years we have invested heavily in developing a new class of control system products. Now, our latest and best technologies bear the Jagwire logo. We call these products “Pro,” short for proprietary. Our OEM customers, including Centurion, Giant, BMC, Cannondale, Merida, Norco, Felt, Scott, Specialized and many more, proudly display the Jagwire label on their products.

Fully committed to process improvement, our experienced engineering and product management staff are always looking for ways to enhance the customers experience, provide maximum quality and value, reduce defects and increase overall customer satisfaction. Partnering with Toyota, we integrated the highly effective and efficient Toyota Production System (TPS). Our balanced blend of automation and manual processes helps us manage flow and volume, resulting in unsurpassed quality and efficiency. As a member of the Taiwan A-Team manufacturing group, we develop improved business strategies and tactics to reduce lead times, improve product quality, and improve worker safety and satisfaction and to cut defects and waste.
Environment and Community
Recognizing our vital role as responsible global citizens, we strive to produce products that meet the exacting requirements of government agencies for performance, safety and environmental impact. Our primary control system products are CEN certified for the European Union and passes California’s Proposition 65 act for hazardous chemical content. Our active recycling program greatly reduces production related waste from our factories and we print our packaging using natural Soy based inks.
